Dry needling is an element of our treatment plan to help you find relief and get back to the activities you love. How it works is a dry needle is inserted directly into the impacted muscle that can then be activated by physical movement or e-stem to relax the muscles. When paired with manual therapy and corrective exercises, our clients see significant pain relief and improved mobility/movement!
