Athletes and Gym-Goers: The purpose of this course is to teach self-efficacy and give EVERYONE the ability to identify their own “Weak Links,” to better improve performance in workouts. We will move throughout the entire course and this won’t be a boring seminar where you sit the entire time! When you leave, you will have a much better understanding of your movement patterns and tools to take your fitness to the next level.
Strength Coaches and Personal Trainers: This course is designed to be able to help assess athletes and optimize their movement, as well as have specific tools to mitigate injury risk. Throughout this Two-day course, we will focus on common Mobility and Stability problems seen. By recognizing these you can more effectively program your client’s and Athletes Performance!
Physical Therapists and Chiropractors: This Two-day course is approved for CEUs 📚(Both Days/14 CEUs for PTs and Day Two/7CEUs for Chiro’s.) If you are not confident in your ability to effectively screen clients and patients for movement errors, this course is for you. If you could use a better blueprint to supply them with corrective exercises that enhance movement quality and decrease pain, this course is for you.
