Is that Swiss ball you bought 10 years ago collecting cobwebs in your basement?
Put it to good use to work on some postural exercises that focus on scapular strength and minimizing your forward head posture.
Make sure the ball has enough air and height to support you and keep your feet hip width apart so you have a solid base of support.
When doing these two exercises, be sure to keep your core tight and not arch your back to decrease the demand on lower back and increase the effectiveness of the exercises.
