The Turkish-Get-Up & the Management of Shoulder Pain: Mid back pain? Shoulder pain? Chronic headaches? Difficulty with overhead lifts? This is the course is designed to improve the entire quarter of the upper chain to assists the common population up to the athletic overhead Olympic lifting athlete. Our emphasis is to mobilize the area, “wake up” muscles that are swept under the rug in daily lifting regimes and combine the two areas to master the Turkish-Get-Up.
