For me, it was a turning point, an opportunity to create something meaningful, something that could make a difference in the lives of the people and the community I hold dear – Sioux Falls, South Dakota, my home.
Empower U wasn’t just a fleeting idea; it was a dream that had been brewing for years. The dream was to take physical therapy and focus in on the client’s needs, better known as performance physical therapy – over come existing pain, utilize proactive treatment methods and prevent injuries all together. But life’s responsibilities and ambitions kept me from dedicating myself fully to this vision. Then came the pandemic, a time of uncertainty, but also a chance to seize the moment and channel my passion into building something I could be truly proud of.
Empower U was born from the belief that movement, fitness, functionality, and a pain-free life should go hand in hand. We’ve crafted a unique approach, blending the best elements of rehabilitation and performance to provide you with comprehensive care.

From humble beginnings in the basement of my home, Empower U has flourished into a place that symbolizes growth, progress, and community support. Today, we proudly stand on the south side of Sioux Falls, in a 4200 square foot building with 5 treatment rooms, and 1500 square feet of turf and equipment dedicated to promoting health and movement for all levels of health and fitness.
