Neck pain can be debilitating and keep you from doing basic activities and the things you love. Simply sitting at the computer or trying to fall asleep at night becomes frustrating and a nuisance to your daily life. If you have been dealing with neck pain or tension-type headaches, these simple yet effective exercises can significantly reduce the amount of pain and symptoms.
