Get to know Lexi

My name is Lexi Morrison. I am the person behind the scenes driving marketing initiatives and growing the Empower U community. I am happiest when I am outdoors, spending time with friends, family, and my puppy, Graham. I live for hot yoga sculpt but love to try various workouts for physical and mental clarity.

My Empower U Journey

I began having issues with my lower back and quickly realized the benefits of dry needling and performance physical therapy which led me to Empower U. I mentioned my chronic migraines during my treatment and was excited to learn that they could be treated through similar therapies, so I gave it a shot. As a result, I’ve experienced immense relief from a pain that I’ve struggled with for years. I thrive on building relationships and can’t wait to connect with each of you. I look forward to supporting you and ensuring you have the best experience at Empower U.
