Get to know Kaylee

I’m from Brandon, SD. I grew up enjoying participating in sports: softball, hockey, volleyball, tennis! I played college softball at Bethany Lutheran in Mankato and received my Physical Therapy degree at USD. I fell in love with CrossFit in College and love how it’s allows me to continue to compete!

My passion for PT – I had my first child at the end of May and am enjoying the challenges and rewards of becoming a mother! And through the experience I uncovered an unexpected interest in women’s fitness specifically during and after pregnancy!

I enjoy coaching large group fitness classes which I’ve done in Mankato and Sioux Falls! I also love trying new things, moving my body, hot weather, being outside, food, and spending time with my family!
