Get to know Jessica

Hello! I’m Jessica Westerdahl. I’m deeply passionate about living a healthy lifestyle, embracing holistic and natural health remedies, and prioritizing work-life balance while cherishing time with my family and friends.

Outside of work, I find joy and fulfillment in various activities. I actively participate in my church life group, where I am able to build meaningful connections. My passion for art, particularly ceramics, was nurtured during my time at USD in Vermillion (GO YOTES!!). Family time is precious to me, whether it involves outdoor adventures like archery, hunting, fishing, camping, and kayaking, or simply enjoying leisurely walks with our black lab. Additionally, I’m exploring my love for nature through gardening.

Why Empower U?

Choosing to work for Empower U was an easy decision for me. Having personally struggled with ailments like migraines and thoracic outlet syndrome, I’ve experienced firsthand the transformative benefits of treatments like dry needling in managing and alleviating symptoms. Moreover, witnessing Empower U’s commitment to community involvement and its steadfast focus on treating each client as an individual solidified my desire to join the team. I wanted to be part of a group dedicated to making a tangible difference in clients’ performance and pain management goals.
