Get to know Erik

Prior to becoming a physical therapist I spent a decade as a certified athletic trainer working for various sporting organizations both within the area and around the country. My participation in athletics combined with my personal injury experiences led me to pursue an early career in athletic training. My curiosity for understanding human performance and desire to continually seek knowledge has inspired me to further my professional career as a physical therapist with Empower U. My wife & I reside in Brandon and love chasing around our 3-year-old daughter, Charlee. And Charlee is beyond excited to become a big sister early 2025!

My passion for understanding human performance and desire to continually seek knowledge has led me to lead the educational branch of EU, Empower U(niversity). Along with my desire to spread forward-thinking, evidence-based knowledge to various clinicians throughout the country, I pride myself of treating a variety of active individuals who pride themselves on living a full, functional lifestyle
