Get to know Alex

My name is Alex Trautman and I am a performance physical therapist from Southwest Minnesota. I enjoy all sports, especially those involving the Creighton Bluejays. In my free time, you can find me participating in health and wellness activities such as golfing, hiking, fishing, and spending time with my two cats. I participated in all sports growing up which unfortunately led to several injuries, however, this how I discovered my love for physical therapy and the rehab process. I enjoy pushing individuals to seek the best version of themselves and to show them what their body is truly capable of.
