New Course Alert

Huge shout-out to @crossfitbrookings for having us out last weekend and do our first Optimization of the Running Athlete course! This course was an absolute blast and we had a great turn out. Our goal is always to find ways to help people live an active pain free lifestyle through education.

The Running course covers:

– Proper dynamic warm up before running

– Body weight strength exercises to enhance running performance

– Proper cool down after running

– 1 mile run so you can FEEL the results
