When the low back muscles are in spasm in response to an injury, the best way to reduce pain is to do as much Lumbar Range of Motion as tolerated. In today’s video we highlight three exercises for you to try out. Work on progressively increasing Range of Motion to tolerance with each exercise and taking brief walks throughout the day and see how much it helps!
